Elizabeth began studying holistic healing to address personal ailments she encountered as a young adult.  Exercise, sound nutrition, meditation, and a determined, positive will supported her as she built a successful career becoming a marketing executive for a top global consumer package goods company.

During the late 1990’s, she found herself surrounded by illness that was alarming. The care she witnessed for others reminded her of what she had experienced early in her life, treatments that seemed lacking and did not address long term well being.  Her study of Soul Focused Healing, began shortly thereafter fulfilling her belief in a better way to facilitate health and healing.  Elizabeth is one of only a handful of qualified practitioners of this scientific and advanced form of chakra energy healing in South Florida.

Soul Focused Healing facilitates the restoration of energy flow within our Bio-electric Field, known as the subtle energy body.  The Bio-electric field consists of twelve primary vortexes of energy known as Chakra’s.  The seven chakra’s of the body regulate the physical functions of the body and brain and hold our emotional and mental patterning.  The five chakras of the Soul contain the causal level of dis-ease and the potential for greater expression of intelligent love and wisdom and our divine essence.

Emotional and mental stress, trauma and negative life experiences cause blocks and restriction that act like kinks in a hose and limit the flow of essential nourishing energy and lower it’s vibration.  Over time, this results in dis-ease at the physical level.  Clearing these blocks and addressing the associated causes restores the pathways for unobstructed flow of vitalizing energy.  A healthy flow of energy is necessary for both prevention and treatment of any physical dis-ease. One can think of this as similar to the essential flow of blood throughout the circulatory system.

Elizabeth’s training includes over 1200 classroom hours in healing including focus on the causal, spiritual level.  In addition to offering classes, Elizabeth is available for private sessions.  She is passionate about re-igniting the inner healer – Love and the elevation of our energetic vibration, of consciousness to that of Soul and Source.

Rev. Megan O’Connor is a Reiki Master in the traditional Usui method.  A talented and compassionate healer, she walks her talk.  Her life experience has allowed her to observe how Spirit works when a person gives up being a victim and learns to trust.

This rich reservoir of human empathy allows her to connect with individuals and groups on a truly personal basis at the deepest levels.  She uses the gifts of intuitive healing energy and her caring nature to help people achieve spiritual, emotional, intellectual, and relational wellness.

Megan’s own healing journey began when she was diagnosed with a killer disease and blessed with spiritual healing through the power of prayer and visualization.  Her study of practical metaphysics blossomed on several complementary paths.  She became a certified Radical Forgiveness Coach with Colin Tipping, author of the ground-breaking Radical Forgiveness, and contributed a chapter to his latest book Why You Still Need to Forgive Your Parents.  Rev. Megan is ordained as a New Thought interfaith minister by internationally-known spiritual healer Dr. Willard Fuller and the Alliance of Divine Love.

Megan’s background also includes experience as a corporate trainer and the management of seminar logistics and enrollment.  In her ongoing contact as a service provider to hospitals, doctors and medical facilities she seeks to introduce awareness of healing Reiki energy to the traditional medical community.

Rev. Charles Geddes is the Founder and Spiritual Director of Bridges of Wellness Inc.

Charles has 40 years of ministry with the International Centers for Spiritual Living (ICSL).  He has served on their Board of Directors and been awarded an honorary doctorate degree for his many contributions and years of service. In 2004 he was voted ICSL Minister of the Year.

At ICSL he established the Phoenix Bridge program for Ministers in transition between positions and Focus Ministries for special ministries outside of church parameters.

As early as 1988 Charles was leading an ongoing HIV Support Group in West Hollywood CA (where he was then living).  He is a Founding Member of the annual Big Sky Retreat (in Montana) now in its 38th year.  An inspiring and motivational speaker, he is frequently invited to create and present personal development workshops that don’t shy from the spiritual.  His high vision is in people finding their life purpose and inspiring a new future for themselves and our world.

After a successful career in retail, Susan moved to Ft. Lauderdale with her husband in 2004. She holds a Certificate in Gerontology from Anne Arundel Community College in Arnold, Md. and a Bachelor of Social Work Degree from Florida Atlantic University. While trained in Generalist Practice, her main focus has been the senior population. At the present time she is creating and developing material for the senior empowerment program in collaboration with Charles Geddes, and in addition co-facilitating the classes with him.

Her experience includes working in the service industry, volunteering and interning at non-profit, for profit, and local government agencies who deliver senior services. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), the Broward Coalition on Aging (BCOA), and serves on the board of Bridges of Wellness as the Secretary.

John comes to Bridges with a wealth of experience in design and layout, copywriting, marketing communications, website optimization and heart-based inbound internet marketing.

He holds a design degree in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute and has worked as an Interior, Furniture and Graphic Designer, Commercial Photographer, Cost Estimator in Store Design and Construction, Capital Cost Planner and Systems Manager for small business and Fortune 500 corporations.  Today he consults to professionals, coaches and solopreneurs for smart niche-marketing on the internet.
